Go to your Dashboard → click the gear icon on your agent → select Configure → edit the message in the text field → click Save. Changes take effect immediately for all future missed calls.
From your Dashboard, click the gear icon on any agent and select Pause. Your agent will stop responding to missed calls until you resume it. You won't be charged execution fees while paused.
Your 7-day free trial starts the moment you complete setup. You'll be charged the one-time agent fee on day 8. You can cancel anytime during the trial with zero charge.
